Course Description:
This course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the principles, processes,
and strategies involved in resolving disputes and managing crises effectively. Topics covered will include
negotiation techniques, mediation and arbitration, conflict analysis and resolution, crisis communication,
risk assessment, and the role of leadership in crisis situations.
Course Objectives:
