* Please note extra ₹40,000/- will be charged for each seat in the two premium rooms in addition to
the fee under the head of room rent i.e. ₹ 10,000/-
** Electricity and water charges are revisable, subject to charge as per tariff announced by
the Govt. of India.
*** Mess Fee and other charges may be revised at any time during the year due to inflation.
Semester period will be as per the University academic calendar.
NOTE
1. Hostel Security and Mess advance, if any, is refundable after all other dues and
damages have been paid for. Both will be refunded only after the room has been
vacated. Hostel Security and Mess advance must be claimed within the end of the
financial year in which the student leaves the hostel otherwise the same will lapse to
the hostel account. If not cleared earlier, the cost of the breakage and any other
damages shall be deducted from the security deposit.
2. Students staying on after the end of semester in May will pay guest charges at the rate
of ₹ 350/-per day in advance. The Hostel account office is open from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00
p.m. on all working days.
Mode of Payment
1. Admission fee is to be paid online. The link for the same is available on the college
website.
2. If a student withdraws from the hostel within 15 days of admission (date of depositing
the hostel fee), charges will be refunded in full.
3. If a student leaves the hostel beyond 15 days of admission the full admission fee will
be fortified.
4. Mess fee will be collected semester wise.
NOTE:
1. Second instalment of Mess fee is to be paid within 10 days from the date of Notice,
failing which a fine of ₹100/- in the first week and ₹30/- per day thereafter will be
charged.
2. Non-payment of dues exceeding one month will not only deprive the residents of
meals but also a seat in the hostel.
