REGISTERED GIFT DEED

This deed of gift is made on this XX day of XX Year between

Ms. (Old Lady), Age XY years


Resident of Tamil Nadu
(hereinafter called the “Donor”) of the One Part
And
Ms. Venkata Ramayya , Age XY years
(hereinafter called the “Donee”) of the Other part.

Witnesseth as follows:
1. The Donor is the absolute owner of the property described below and desires to gift
it to the Donee for a consideration of Rs 653 as annuity to Ms. Chinayya.

2. The said gift has been accepted by Ms. Venkata Ramayya

3. The Donor from this date reserves no right or interest in the said property and it shall
be the sole and exclusive property of the Donee.

DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

1. The Donor hereby transfers and gifts the property to the Donee.
2. The Donee accepts the gift and agrees to the terms herein.
3. The gift is made with an expectation of consideration of Rs 653 as annuity to Ms.
Chinnayya
4. The Donor affirms that the property is free from any encumbrances.
