third world) and took control of their resources, the under developed their colonies. They use
resources to develop their own countries at the expense of the conquered ones. The resources
are processed into expensive goods which were sold to colonies.
Education - play a role in development as it trains human resources (Skills), less developed
Countries have low level of skills
