Note:· (i) Computer Educationis Optional from Classes XI to XII .Computer/Informatics Fee is Rs. 2,950/ Per Annum, to be paid in the month of April along-with fee.
(ii) Students who opt for Home Science as a Subject would have to pay Science Stream Fee. (iii) Board Fee Charges for Classes IX to XII is to be charged at the time of filling Board
Forms. For NEW ADMISSION the following extra amount is payable :-
Registration Fee Rs.900/· , Admission Fee Rs.3,100/ .
1. Other Charges :- Prospectus & Registration Form Rs. 1,650- Duplicate Report Card & TC Rs.200/- Birth Certificate Rs 100/-,TC Rs.150/-.
2. Fee is payable for twelve months in Seven instalments. First instalment starts from April. Term Charges will be paid in April & October along-with one month tuition fee.Two months
fee will be paid in May, July, August,November,and December.Guardians to please fill Student's Ale No. correctly inthe fee slips. For Cheque payments details of Student's
Name,Class and A/C No. must be written on the back of the cheque. In case the cheque is dishonoured, a fine of Rs. 150/· will be charged along-
with bank charges and school late fee charges of Rs. 175/-.
3. In case of New Admission in June, fees will be paid from April to July.
4.NO FEE IS REFUNDABLE.
5. Parents are advised to deposit the fee by 10th of every month (only local Cheque by 5th of the month)failing which Rs.50/- will be charged as late fee charges till 20th of the month. If
the fee is not deposited by 20th, the name of the student will be struck off the role WITHOUT ANY REMINDER. Such a student will not be permitted to attend the classes till all the
dues along- with Late Fee Charges of Rs.175/·are paid.
6. In case of WITHDRAWAL DURING THE SESSION(April to March) a written notice of three months should be given in advance. In lieu of notice,fee for three months will be charged.
7. In case of WITHDRAWAL AT THE END OF THE SESSION 2024-2025,the office should be informed in writing by 3rd April 2025, after which the notice period fee for three months
along-with school dues will be charged even if the student does not join the next class.
8. Computer Education is Compulsory for Classes Ill to X,the Tuition Fee includes Computer Education Fee only for classes lll toVlll.
9. Stationery will be provided to the students of KG & Class Ist for the school work.
10. Part payment of Fee will be treated as nonpayment ,and liable to charge of Rs. 175/·as Late Fee Charges.
