Orientation Yes No

There is an orientation day taking place on the first day of the


semester. Moreover, the ESN-ICHEC (student association)
organizes a welcome week with many events taking place during
the first week of each semester.

Intensive week of An optional intensive week of French (30 hours) is organized twice
French during the academic year. Once before the fall semester starts
(Sept 9-13), and once before the start of the spring semester (Jan
27- 31). The course costs 100 EUR for the whole week and is worth 3 ECTS
credits.

Activities Activities are organized both by the ICHEC International Office, and
by the student association “ESN-ICHEC”.

5. Additional information

The ECTS transcripts of records will be sent to the students (by email) and to their home university (by email and
regular mail), mentioning the courses followed, the corresponding ECTS credits, the local grades (20 points) and the
ECTS grades.

Here below is our grading scale. It also appears on the students’ ECTS transcripts of records.
