A Cops realized that the body in the trunk

On July 29, 2020, a Louisiana police officer pulled over a speeding vehicle on the highway. Initially a
routine traffic stop, the search of the vehicle revealed something horrifying.

Michael was not only exceeding the speed limit by almost 20 miles per hour, but he also lacked a valid
driver’s license.

This charge alone could result in a fine of up to $100 and six months in jail, not to mention the penalty
for the speeding ticket. Unbeknownst to the police, Michael is headed back with more than just a
speeding ticket.

The officer aims to charge Michael with more than just an Audi-related offense. As an 18-year-old
speeding in a car that smells of weed, Michael’s behavior raises concerns for the cop, hinting that there
might be more to the traffic stop than a simple case of speeding. Before the officer asks to search the
vehicle for other drugs, Michael begins to act suspiciously.

Michael refuses consent to the search of his vehicle. The cop is realistically searching for weed and
possibly other drugs in the car, but he has no idea what he is about to discover.

A search of the front seat turns up nothing, but upon examining the outside of the car, the cop discovers
multiple bullet holes across the left side of the vehicle. It’s becoming more and more obvious to the cop
that something is not right at all here, and he suspects he’s caught up in something much bigger than he
initially realized.

The officer checks the vehicle’s information, only to discover that Michael has been dishonest. Michael’s
address is different from what he claimed, and the car is registered to someone with a completely
different surname.

The whole situation is already confusing, but suddenly something even more perplexing happens. A
completely random man pulls up at the scene, claiming that his family is looking for Michael.

When they provide yet another different name for Michael and the owner of the vehicle, the cop is
rightfully at a loss. This situation has escalated from a traffic stop to a full-on mystery, and the cop is
determined to get to the bottom of it.

Slowly, things are starting to become clearer. If Michael is telling the truth, it appears his brother lent
him a car that is different from the original. However, this still doesn’t explain the bullet holes, why
Michael lied about his address, or why the random man appeared looking for him in that vehicle. On top
of that, the cop has just been informed over the radio that there’s a missing person report hidden among
the mess.

After a few more calls, it turns out the missing person is Michael Robinson, the brother of the boy at the
scene and the man who gave him permission to be driving the car today. However, it’s still unclear who
owned the car in the first place. The cop decides to momentarily set aside that question and examines
the vehicle a second time now that backup has arrived.

Little did he know, this is where all the questions would be answered at once, in the most gruesome way
imaginable.

Inside the trunk was the body of Michael Robinson, and all of a sudden, everything made sense.

Michael Robinson was not related to Michael at all. Instead, he was merely an unintentional casualty of
an armed robbery that Michael was a part of earlier.

In the case of the robbery, Mitchell shot Robinson multiple times with a handgun before loading him
into the trunk and driving him away to Winnsboro to dispose of the body. However, before he could
make it, he was pulled over by the officer for speeding. Michael is now facing charges for robbery and
second-degree murder of Michael Robinson. He is currently awaiting but is expected to be sentenced to
life behind bars.
