Terms and Conditions:
1. The Total Fee for the program you have been shortlisted for is INR 276000 /-. An amount of INR 46000 has been
received as of 13/09/2024.
2. To confirm and complete your admission process, you are required to adhere to the following instructions:
a. Present the following documents either during arrival or via courier to the address below.
I. Self-Attested Aadhar Card Photocopy
II. 4 Passport Size Photographs
III. Self-Attested 10th Mark sheet & Certificate Photocopy
IV. Self-Attested 12th Mark sheet & Certificate Photocopy
V. Self-Attested TC / Migration Certificate of 12th
VI. Self-Attested Entrance Test Score Card (Admit Card if result not declared)
VII. Anti-Ragging Affidavit signed and notarized on Rs.10/- or above Stamp paper from Student and Guardian
VIII. Selection list issued by IIT Patna on the website (www.iitp-cep.in) IX. Proof of payment of semester fee to IIT Patna
X. Medical fitness certificate issued by the Registered Medical Practitioner with Doctor’s Practitioner No.
XI. A3 size envelope with your Address (Wherever you want to receive material from IIT Patna) with a stamp of Rs.
240/-
b. Send scanned copies of the aforementioned documents to ug.hybrid@iitp-cep.in.
3. All documents must be arranged in the specified sequence and placed in a folder.

Scholarship, print this letter and obtain an official stamp from the college. Also, print the fee receipt and include it along
with the above-mentioned documents.
