UNDERTAKING
We hereby agree to the timing of the Degree College as per time–table allotted to us, including
practical timings. We also know that in order to qualify for the admission to the examination, the
admitted student has to keep a minimum of 75% attendance per term as per university regulations
(Ordinance 6086 relating to the attendance for learners.)
In case a student a medically unfit and applies for medical leave, timely intimation (within one
week) along with supporting documents, should reach college authorities, failing which, leave
will not be granted.
I promise that I will observe perfect discipline and that I will devote my entire time for
furtherance of the studies. I shall attend the classes regular and appear for all the Internal /External
Examination held by the college. We note that in the event of any default in attendance discipline,
the college authorities can take disciplinary action against the student including dismissal from the
college, non-eligibility to write the final examination etc.
