The Training Workshop on Classroom Observation through LAC
Session in the New Normal focuses on enhancing educators'
capabilities in classroom observation techniques. This initiative aims to
empower teachers by developing their skills in effective classroom
management and instructional delivery, crucial for maintaining high-
quality education despite the challenges posed by social distancing
policies under the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan.
Objectives:
1. Equip teachers with effective classroom observation skills to
enhance teaching practices.
2. Support teachers in adapting to the new normal of educational
delivery.

Throughout the training workshop, participants achieved the following:
