A. Activity  Draw Figure 1 and write the following information of yourself in

B. Analysis  Divide the class into small groups and have them share their
drawings with each other.

 What similarities and differences do you observe within your
group?
 How do these categories influence our identities and
interactions with others?
 Why is it important to understand these aspects of ourselves
and others?

C. Abstraction  Class Discussion:


 Define and discuss the terms: human cultural variation, social
differences, social change, and political identities.
 How do the categories of gender, socio-economic class,
ethnicity, and religion relate to these concepts?

D. Application  Case Study Analysis:


 Present a case study or a scenario where cultural variation,
social differences, or political identities play a significant role.
 Have students analyze the case study in groups and discuss how
the different categories influenced the situation and outcomes.

E. Assessment  Individual Reflection Essay:


 Students write an essay reflecting on what they have learned
about their own identities and the broader concepts of human
cultural variation, social differences, social change, and political
identities.
 They should provide specific examples from the class
discussions and case studies.

F. Assignment  Research Project:


 Students choose a topic related to human cultural variation,
social differences, social change, or political identities.
 They conduct research and prepare a presentation or report on
their findings, focusing on how their chosen topic exemplifies
