Excavation volume of F-1 = Length x Width x Depth of Footing x No. of Pieces
Length = 1.0 m
Width = 1.0 m
Depth of Footing = 1.30 m
No. of Pieces = 12 pcs
Excavation volume of F-1 = 1.0 m ×1.0 m × 1.30 m x 12 pcs = 15.600 m3
Plus : 10 % allowance for wastage = 15.60 m3 × 1.10 = 17.160 m3

Total excavation volume of F-1 = 17.160 m3 ; say 18 m3

Footing 2 (F-2)
Excavation volume of F-2 = Length x Width x Depth of Footing x No. of Pieces
Length = 1.20 m
Width = 1.20 m
Depth of Footing = 1.35 m
No. of Pieces = 25 pcs
Excavation volume of F-2 = 1.20 m ×1.20 m × 1.35 m x 25 pcs = 48.60 m3
Plus : 10 % allowance for wastage = 48.60 m3 × 1.10 = 53.460 m3

CONCRETE WORKS FOR FOOTING

Footing 1 (F-1)
Concrete volume of F-1 = Length x Width x Thickness x No. of Pieces
Length = 1.0 m
Width = 1.0 m
Thickness = 0.30 m
No. of Pieces = 12 pcs
Concrete volume of F-1 = 1.0 m ×1.0 m × 0.30 m x 12 pcs = 3.600 m3
Plus : 10 % allowance for wastage = 3.60 m3 × 1.10 = 3.960 m3

Total volume of F-1 = 3.960 m3

Under 40 kg cement, using Class A concrete mixture:
3.960 m3 × 9.00 = 35.640 ; say 36 bags of cement

FRONT ELEVATION
Total Length = 10.85 m
Column = Length of Column x No. of pieces
Column = 0.30 m x 3 pcs = 0.90 m

Clear Length = Total Length – Length Column


Clear Length = 10.85 m – 0.90 m = 9.95 m

Total Height = Top of Footing to NGL + NGL to Finish Ground Floor Line +
Finish Ground Floor Line to Finish Second Floor Line
Total Height = 1.0 m + 0.50 m + 3 m = 4.50 m
Depth of Beam = 0.3 m

Clear Height = Total Height – Depth of Beam
