False ceiling -Material Specification
1 Ceiling Board - Saint gobain gypsum gyproc 12mm thick board will be used
2 Channels/Supports - Ultra channels with thickness of 0.4 & 0.6 mm ultra channels will be used
3 Asian paint will be used - 2 coats of lappam+ 1 coat primer + 2 coats of Asian Premium paint will be used
4 Finolex or Similar grade wires will be used for false ceiling electrical works
5 Flexible piping will be used for wiring.
6 Any other electrical work will be charged extra, as per actual (additional points, boards shifting and new points etc..)
7 The exact SFT of false ceiling will depend on final measurements, scope of work and changes in design.
Terms & Conditions
1 Providing main power supply will be under customer scope of work.
2 Any other additional works will be charged extra.
3 Material once purchased cannot be cancelled
The exact price of the project will depend on final measurements based on which the final amount may vary +/- 5 to 10% of the

If there is any revision in the scope of works like changes in designs, materials or finishes there will be corresponding raise or drop of

the estimated quote.
6 Flat deep cleaning will be done before handing over the flat
7 Curtain rods and bathroom fitting will be charged as per actuals.
8 Electrical fittings can be taken care, but charges as per actuals.
9 Any change in scope of work or delay in selection of material like laminates, handles, veneer etc.. May delay the work progress.
10 Estimated work duration -70 working days after finalization of laminates and materials.
