as “THE DONOR”) of Kakindu Kasubi Ward, Katabi Town Council, Busiiro County, Wakiso District, a former student at the Islamic University of Uganda, Kampala Campus, with University ID: 1048413, and University Registration Number: 215-053012-08107 and National ID number 020661287 (all attached), DO HEREBY Nominate, Ordain, Appoint and or otherwise Constitute my biological sister, ACOM DIANA (herein after called “THE ATTORNEY”), of Kakindu Kasubi Ward, Katabi Town Council, Busiiro County, Wakiso District, and holder of National ID number 002645506(attached), to be my true and lawful Attorney and agent with full powers and authority to perform the following acts, deeds, matters, and things, that is to say: -
1. To collect and pick up my Academic Degree Certificate and Transcript from the Islamic University in Uganda, Kampala Campus, and to sign all necessary documents and forms required for their collection.
2. To take any action necessary to fulfill the exercise of the powers of Attorney so given, and to deliver the collected documents to me.
I, ASARO JUDITH MARION APOO, undertakes to ratify all things done by the said attorney in the purported exercise of these powers.
THIS POWER OF ATTORNEY, if not earlier expressly revoked, remains operative only for the purpose of the above-mentioned purpose.
