Troubleshooting Slow Scan Errors 12021 & 14008

IMPORTANT: When doing the procedures in this document, you must use safe work
practices and wear the correct Personal Protective Equipment (for example, Safety
Eyewear) according to your Company's Standard Operating Procedures.

Instructional

Please use the following decision tree for troubleshooting Slow Scan error codes 12021
and 14008. These are the “Slow Scan Stall” and “Slow Scan Initialization” errors,
respectively.

This will help prevent unnecessary replacement of the Slow Scan. Do not replace the
Slow Scan before following through this decision tree.
