I. Create user box using web browser
1. Open Web Browser (Internet Explorer).
2. Type copier IP Address at address bar (see your IP Address on the machine label)
Example : http://10.60.82.3/ or http:// IDEPBPN-PMFD-003 , then enter
http://10.60.47.1/ or http:// IDEPJKT-PMFD-001 , then enter
http://10.60.8.71/ or http:// IDEPSNP-PMFD-071 , then enter

4. Click “BOX” icon (Purple color) to open User box menu
5. Click “Create User Box” menu to start create your User box

6. Fill in the field as follow :
Tick on “Input directly” field and type your GGI number (example : 290642, 99610,
220369)
On the “User Box Name” field please type “your name” to identify your user box
Make sure you have fill in your password to protect & secure your user box
Select your Index, match with your user name box
Click OK button to finish the process
Please your attention to create user box number in GGI format
Do not put your Nick name or initial as User User box name
Make sure you protect your user box with password, otherwise any
users can see, copy or delete your scanned documents

II. Scan document to user box
1. Put your document on ADF or Glass at copier machine.
ADF (Automatic Document Feeder) will help you to scan a lot of document with single process.
This machine has touch screen display, please handle it carefully
2. Press “User Box” button
3. Touch ”Save Document” menu on the right corner of copier screen
4. To change the default scan setting, you can touch “Scan Setting” menu to change the
parameter like :
1 side or 2 side scan
Scan resolution : 200 dpi, 300dpi or 600 dpi
File type : PDF, JPEG, TIFF, etc

5. Touch “User Box” menu
6. Touch “your user box” (the user box color will change to Green) – Press “OK” button
7. Confirm you user box information to prevent wrong User box
Press “Start” button to scan your document

III. Retrieve document from user box
1. Open Web Browser (Internet Explorer).
2. Type copier IP Address at address bar (see your ip address on the machine label)
Example : http://10.60.82.3/ , then enter

Save this url on the address bar to your internet explorer Favorites
Sample : http://10.60.82.3/wcd/box.xml

5. You can see the user box name list on this window
6. Click your “User Box Name”, then type your password, then click OK

7. You can see your scan result on your user box
8. Choose “Download to PC” menu and click Change the display to refresh the windows view

9. You can see the “Download Setting” button appears.
Tick the document you need to retrieve and click “Download Setting” button
10. Download to PC
You can choose your format (PDF,TIFF, JPEG or others)
Click “OK” button to continue the process

11. You will see the Next windows as below :
12. You should click “Download” button to continue
13. Click “Save” button to save the result, you can choose your destination Folder to save your
scan result and rename the file.

Your document will be deleted by system automatically if you do not retrieve
after 24 hours (1 day)
