Following your interview, we are pleased to confirm our offer of employment as Registered Nurse at C-
Care Darné - Floreat
‘With reference to your qualifications and work experience, you have been proposed a basic salary of MUR
36,650
+ In addition, you willbe entitled to Bus Fare refund for your transport cost.
* You.will have to cover a roster of 195 hours, consisting of both day and night shifts,
‘+ Added to that, for each night shift you are entitled to 2 hours of rest time which Is included in

In addition, after confirmation, you will be eligible for a medical insurance (fully paid by the company)
which amounts approximately to a monthly premium of MUR 2,000.
EOY Bonus (13 month) is payable every December of the year which is equivalent to one month salary
or pro-rated basis.
‘Your air ticket and any quarantine fee on joining is payable by the company.
Furthermore, every 2 years, you will be eligible for an air ticket to Inia, up to a maximum of MUR 25,000.
We also provide for yearly company increment and performance bonus, subject to key objectives
achieved.
