In conclusion, although family picnics are delightful occasions for bonding,

best use of the land. While providing housing for seniors is important, it should not
come at the expense of losing a beloved community park. There are other suitable
locations to accommodate the needs of seniors without compromising the
recreational space that benefits the entire community. Thus, Option B emerges as
the more fitting choice.
