Special Terms and Conditions:

Mandatory Requirements:
Bidder compliance checklist: Bid documents shall not be considered without submission of a duly filled,
signed, and stamped bidder compliance checklist. (Refer ANNEXURE - A)
Along with the Technical Bid, a detailed manual with specifications for the quoted model must be supplied.
After Sales Services:
The vendor shall be the authorized local representative of OEM and shall submit documentary proof from
OEM at the time of bid submission.
Availability of after-sales services to be ensured for at least the next 8 years.
Documents/ Literature:
The Supplier / Vendor quoting the above-mentioned unit shall provide 01 set of hard-copy and one set of soft
copies of operation/maintenance manuals, certificates of the offered model of OEM, and all the related
technical literature at the time of delivery.
FAT/performance test certificate shall be provided at the time of delivery.
Warranty:
One-year warranty of any defect from the date of delivery.
The vendor shall be liable to provide technical support, services, and spares for rectification of any
malfunctioning free of cost during the warranty period.

Material Delivery Timeline for Bidder:


Material shall be delivered to PPL within 90 days after the awarding of the PO

Remarks: Refer to the attached ANNEXURE-A for the mandatory compliance checklist to be filled, signed,
stamped, and submitted by the bidder along with the bid documents.
