EMOCLEW
We have arrived at week two of the "Secrets of the Elite Woman" program! This
week, we will be covering personal branding in-depth, and how to add that "wow-
factor" to your own personal brand, so that you stand out from the masses.
As always, the workbook is incredibly important for your progress. Do not skip the
exercises, because going through the videos without taking action through your
homework will reduce the effectiveness of this entire program! Besides, studies
have proven that those who write down their thoughts, goals, and plans end up
having a higher success rate than those that just keep it in their mind. Just some
food for thought. Enjoy week two, my dear elegant ladies!

CURATING AN ELEGANT
02
PERSONAL BRAND
Let's do an audit of your current personal brand, and start thinking about the brand identity that
you would like to develop. Now is the time to curate the ideal brand you always wanted for
yourself, so free your mind...and think about the image that will best serve you and your goals.

THE PERSONAL BRAND AUDIT
Make an audit of your current personal brand. Think about how others perceive you, and make
sure to get a second opinion (this is a crucial part of the audit). Ask your friends or people you
trust to give you an objective opinion of your current image/personal brand. Ask them how you
come across, what perceptions people have of you, and if there may be any stereotypes or
negative connotations attached to your brand.
Be open-minded as you do this exercise, so that you'll know how to proceed.
Evaluate your current personal brand: Describe how YOU think you come across to people?
Evaluate your current personal brand: Ask others how THEY think you come across to people?
Do you have any stereotypes that could be attached to your brand? If yes, describe how.

Are there any negative assumptions people could make around you based on age, ethnicity,
appearance, career, lifestyle, social circle, gender, nationality or other influences?
Do you feed into any stereotypes or do you act in the opposite way (not confirming their biases)?
Are there any blockages in your brand that may be hindering you from achieving certain goals?
Ask your friends: Are there any blockages in your brand that may be affecting your brand negatively?

ESTABLISH YOUR NEW
BRAND IDENTITY
Now is the time to curate the image/personal brand you wish to have! There are no limits, so write
down exactly what you want your new brand to be; how you want to be perceived. You can think as
big as you want, and become whomever you wish to be. Anything is possible!
What type of personal brand would have greatest success with the goals you've set for yourself?
What brand identity do the people in the community have that you wish to belong to?
What brand identities do the successful key people have in this community? Are there any specific
details that you notice in them that you could incorporate in your own brand?

MASTERING AN
ELEGANT IMAGE
Don't let your past hinder your future! We have the power to re-brand ourselves at any point
in life. We also have the power to control the first impression that we leave, and the online
presence that we share. You might also be able to influence your reputation to some degree.

YOUR PAST
Decide for yourself what you will disclose from your past. Remember that you have the right to
privacy and you can set boundaries with the information that you share about yourself. Just
because people ask questions, doesn't mean you have to disclose information you don't feel
comfortable with sharing. There is elegance in being mysterious.
What parts of your past do you want to keep private? (Not to share with anyone)
What parts of your past do you feel comfortable with sharing?
Is your past damaging your brand today?

ones are just born with...or can anyone achieve this magnetic presence that captivates
people? Absolutely! Anything is possible.

PERSONAL MAGNETISM
We're not born being fun, charismatic and in possession of that "wow-factor". We develop it as
the years go by. It's a skill that can be taught and switched on/off at any time. Your mission is to
discover these qualities within you, so that you can work on developing them further. We ALL
possess the skills necessary for personal magnetism...we just have find and use them!
How much of a presence do you currently have? How much magnetic presence would you aspire to
have?
What is your personal magnetism style? Examples: seductive, flirty, charismatic, charming, powerful,
visionary, authority, a mix of multiple etc.
Do you have good storytelling skills? Do you have interesting stories? Do you have an interesting life
or experiences? Are you fun? Are you entertaining? Write down any magnetic assets that you have:
