7. Employment rracticts
The supplier shall only employ workers who arc legally authorized to work in their
facilities and arc responsible for validating their employees' working eligibility via
appropriate documentation. All work is understood 10 be voluntary, and workers shall be
free to leave work or tcnninatc their employment upon reasonable notice.
8. Minimum Age for Employment
The Supplier shall not employ children under the legal working age and shall not support
child labor in any fonn. At no time shall the Supplier engage any child in any occupation
or employment which would prejudice his/her health/education or interfere with his/her
physical, mental or moral development. The supplier should adhere lo the Child Labor
(Prohibitions & Regulation) Acl, 1986.
9. Fair and Equal Treatment
• The Supplier must operate with dignity, respect and integrity in regards the trealment of its
employees.
• The Supplier shall not discriminate on the basis of race. color, religion, gender,
age, physical ability, national origin, sexual oricnllltion, political affiliation, union
membership or marital status in employment practices and hiring.
• Any fonn of psychological, physical, sexual or verbal abuse, intimidation. threat
or harassment must not be tolerated.
10.Divenity and Inclusion
The Supplier should go beyond the non-<iiscrimination policy and adopt a diversity and inclusion
policy commining to promoting gender diversity at work, equal pay for the same work, promoting
cultural diversity, hiring persons with a disability where possible while making the workplace

12.Workplace Environment
The Supplier shall provide its employees with a safe and healthy working environment. As
a minimum, adequate lighting, potable drinking water, ventilation, tcmpcra1urc, sanitation.
Personal protective equipment must be provided together with equipped workstations.
The Supplier shall conduct regular reviews of health and safety conditions in its facilities
and take relevant corrective actions where necessary.
IJ.Emergency rrcparcdncss
The Supplier should be prepared for emergency situations. Worker notification and
evacuation procedures, emergency training and drills, appropriate first~aid supplies,
appropriate fire detection equipment, fire extinguishers and adequate exit facilities should
be present. Employees must be regularly trained by the supplier on emergency planning,
responsiveness as well as medical care.

14.Environmcntal Permits and Reporting
The Supplier must operate with care for the environment, run its business in an
environmcmally sound manner, and demonstrate a precautionary approach to
environmental impact reduction. The Supplier shall maintain an environment management
system and demonstrate a high level of environmental protection in sourcing.

16.Hazardous Materials and Product Safety
The Supplier shall identify hazardous materials, chemicals and substances and ensure their
safe movement, handling, storage, recycling, reuse and disposal. All the applicable laws
and regulations related to hazardous materials, chemicals and substances shall be strictly
followed. Material restrictions and product safety requirements set by applicable laws and

regulations should be complied with by the Supplier. Key employees should be made aware
of and trained in product safety practices by the supplier.
17.Product Quality and Safety
Supplier must meet 1he quality and safety standard~ required by applicable law for all
products and services delivered. When conducting business with or on behalfof PGP Glass
Ltd, the Supplier must comply with the PGPL Quality requirements.
Business Integrity
18.Grievance mechanisms
The Supplier shall have systems in pince for reporting of anonymous grievances and 1heir
rcdrcssal. A designated officer shall continuously monitor the grievance mechanism, keep
records on the issues raised and take appropriate actions and maintain confidentiality.
19.Anti-bribery
The Supplier must never, engage in fraudulent activities. The Supplier shall not offer, pay
or promise to offer or pay, request or accept a bribe or shall not take improper advantage in
order to get or retain a business or any othe:r advantage from a third Party, whether public or
private. The Supplier shall not take any actions that violate any npplicnble anti-bribery laws.
20.Rccords
The Supplier shall at all times ensure that it complies with the obligations set out in this
Code. The Supplier shall, upon the request of PGPL, provide evidence of its compliance
with the obligations as set out in this Code and also shall maintain transparent and up to
date books and records to demonstrate compliance with applicable materials, industrial,
services and governmental regulations.
21,Origln
The supplier should be able to disclose all the potential sources of primary origins (country
of origin) associated with the goods or services delivered.
22.lotellectual property
Appropriate steps to safeguard and maintain confidential and proprietMy information of its
business pertoers should be taken by the supplier. Use such information should only be for
the purposes authorized for use by the contractual agreement. In case of sub-contracting,
sharing of confidential information should be made with the consent of PGPL.

23.Connict or Interest
The Supplier is expected to report to PGPL any situation that may appear as a conflict of
interest, and disclose to PGPL if any J>GPL crnploycc or professional under contract with
PGPL may have an interest of any kind in the supplier's business or any kind of economic
relations with the supplier.
24.Reporting Violations
The supplier shall report any suspected violations of regulations, laws and the Code by
PGPL employees. Violations should be reported confidentially using one of the available
channels.
The Supplier is also eligible 10 make any protected disclosures by referring "'PGP Glass
Private Limited \Vhistle Blower Policy" and make use of appropriate channels to
communicate any violations, breaches, negligence, manipulations, irregularities, wastage,
and misappropriations.

Breach of the Code
25.Ju,·estigation
PGPL rescJVcs the right to verify Suppliers compliance or any reported non-conformity /
breach of Code made in good faith. The supplier / employee shall assist with any such
investigation and provide access to any information reasonably requested. PGPL reserves
the right to terminate any purchase or other agreement with the Supplier does not comply
with the Code, without incurring any liability towards the Supplier.
The obligations under this Code shall continue in force in respect of aoy deliveries from
the Supplier to PGPL, regardless of the termination or expiry of any purchase or other
agreement between the panics.
16.Action
Breach of the Code of Conduct may result in actions being invoked against that supplier-/
employee, in addition to actions as per conuucts or seeking legal action. The actions which
may be taken shall include but not limited to the below and will commensurate with the
nature and seriousness of the breach the Code

27.Addilional Obligalions
The obligations under this Code are in addition to the Supplier's other obligations pursuant 10 any
purchase or other agreement in place between PGPL and/or any member of its Group and the
Supplier and/or any member of its Group.
