LETTER OF EXPUTSION FROM THE UNION
I write on behalf of the National Executive Council of our great Union to formally
inform you that you have been expelled from the Nigeria Union of Petroleum and
Natural Gas Workers with effect from Wednesday, 13th December, 2023.
The decision for your expulsion from the Union was unanimously taken by the National
Executive Council of the Union at its properly constituted meeting held at the
Conference Hall of the newly built NUPENG Tower at 9, Jibowu Street, Jibowu, Yaba,
Lagos on 13th December,2023.
You recall, you were earlier suspended from the Union on the 9th of August, 2022
when you were found guilty of obtaining money by deceit and false pretenses to offer
non- Union members elective positions in the Union and using the names and offices
of the President and General Secretary of the Union in your criminal deals to
deceitfully obtained huge sums of money from Mr Christian Moses Abe, who had to
write petition against you to the Council on the matter.

and change of character, but shockingly further damning allegations of gross

members of the Council, none of which you were able to appropriately addressed.

on the strength of that decided to expel you from the Union with immediate effect.
Management is by a copy of this letter kindly requested to immediately stop further
deduction of check off dues from Cogent Ojobor on behalf of our Union and should
not grant him any further rights and privileges as a member of Nigeria Union of
Petroleum and Natural Gas Workers.
