Hello Good Evening everyone,

I am Prakruthi, I have completed my Graduation in cs from Malnad College Of


Engineering,Hassan in 2022..Since then I have been working as technical support
engineer at MountPoint Technologies.
I have worked upon various OS,PROVIDES FIRST-LEVEL OF TECHNICAL SUPPORT IN
INTERNET,WIFI,VPN,OUTLOOK,PRINTER & SCANNERS , IP PHONES ETC TO END USERS.
TROUBLESHOOT & RESOLVE HARDWARE & SOFTWARE ISSUES IN COMPUTER.ASSIST WITH PASSWORD
RESETS & USER ACCOUNT MGMT.
FOLLOW ESTABLISHED PROCEDURES FOR INCIDENT RESOLUTIONS.
In our company we were using service now as ticketing tool to COMMUNICATE WITH
USERS TO PROVIDE UPDATES ON TICKET STATUS.
I have worked with both international and domestic clients resolve internal or
external issues happening on a software system or program.As a technical support
specialist, I supported clients from the North America,europe,middle east, and
africa.I handled s/w issues,conducted conducted remote diagnostics, and provided
timely resolutions to ensure minimal downtime for our international clients. By
actively listening to customer feedback and collaborating with cross-functional
teams, I contributed to product improvements enhancing overall customer experience
and retention in the region. Assisted clients and company employees over the phone,
in person or through a chatbot to resolve any technical challenges they're facing.
As of now I am looking forward to expaand my portfolio and enhance my tehinal
skilss.

First, I collect as much informational data about the problem as possible.This


allows me to identify if it is a system issue or a network issue. Depending on my
analysis, I devise strategies and start fixing the problems from the basics. If a
problem persists, I use advanced technological tools and software to identify
deeper issues and perform rigorous tests to fix the problem from its root cause.
Using this process, I have been able to fix desktop issues to date successfully
