1. Introduction – this includes your mission and vision and a brief introduction of your project /
campaign.
Example:

“Poverty is the worst form of violence” – Mahatma Gandhi
Twelve million people call the capital city of Manila in the Philippines, home. Heartbreakingly, many
who live here are being left far behind in abject poverty. According to statistics: 4 million or 37% of the entire
population are below the poverty line and live in heavily populated slums.
2. Purpose – This includes the reason why the project / campaign is worth your sponsor’s time, effort and
money.

Under young focus foundation, this project works
to provide free and accessible education to children
of all ages up to college, along with school
sponsorships programs for the youth of Smokey
Mountain

3. Description – this includes all the necessary information about the project. It involves the website/s or
page you are going to produce and the purpose of each and how they work in unison.

It has become my mission to fundraise for the
Preschool in Smokey Mountain. Through multiple
efforts such as holding and performing at benefit
concert, auctioning off original artworks, creating
social media movements and approaching different
bodies and companies I hope to make the Paraiso:
Beginning’s Project a success.
4. Support – This contains the budget needed for the project, though some concept paper do not specify
any amount requested from the sponsor.
Example :
PARAISO : BRIGHT BEGINNING PROJECT (SUPPORT)
This project has set a goal to raise funds for the procurement and renovation of a 3 story
building that would serve as a Pre school for children aged 3 – 5 yrs. This would allow the number of
preschool aged students to grow from 80 to 100.
5. Contact Information – This include information on how the group can be contacted.
Young Focus works to give every child the opportunity to better themselves and to have access to an

SMART CRITERIA
Your Project / Campaign must met the SMART criteria :
S – SPECIFIC
M – MEASURABLE
A - ATTAINABLE
R – REALISTIC
T – TIME – BOUNDED
Concept Discussed are needed to be utilized in order to have a good ICT Project for Social
Change.
Find the specific project for social change. Create its concept paper, use the following elements of a
concept paper provided.
Identify any which interactive Multimedia and ICT tools (Television / Radio broadcast, text , Social
Media and etc. ) are present, include evidences. Don’t forget to give credits / sources.

E.g Paraiso: Bright Beginnings Project used website blog on elle , videos on their campaigns, e –
commerce in terms of donation (Paypal, Credit and Debit cards ) and different social media.

File Manager – is an uploading tool web interface that allows
you to manage all your files. There are many file manager
present now. ( File manager app, Google Drive, Dropbox etc.
Website management – a website management platform is an
integrated set of tools that allows team to create, design,
develop, launch, manage, administer and monitor website
contents.
A web Content Management System (WCMS) is a software content management system (CMS) specifically
for web content.
It provides website authoring, collaboration, and administration
tools that helps user with little knowledge of web programming
languages or markup languages create and manage website
content.
