DEDICATION

We are incredibly grateful to Almighty God for providing the knowledge and insight

that allowed this study to be conducted, and we dedicate this research to Him. To the

family members who extended support during the endeavor's completion: They have

been incredibly helpful not only in terms of physical assistance but also in terms of

mental and spiritual assistance. When the researcher feels like giving up, they have

evolved into their rock.

To their parents: Mr. Dennis V. Fernandez and Mrs. Maryjane M. Fernandez, Mr.

Ronaldo B. Elemento and Mrs. Vera A. Elemento, Mr. Reymond Y. Icayan and Mrs.

Bernadette L. Gawad, and Mr. Arnold C. Manguera and Mrs. Mylirose T. Manguera,

who helped them through highs and lows and provided financial support.

All of this has been made possible by the generous thoughts their friends generously

II. Acknowledgement

First and foremost, we give gratitude and praises to God, the Almighty, for His

abundant gifts that enabled us to successfully conclude our research.

We would like to sincerely thank Sir Jonhdel Boy D. Bathan, our research

supervisor, for providing us with the chance to conduct study and for his helpful

advice during this process. We also wanted to approach our sincere thanks to those

relatives and friends who helped us to finish this Research.

Last but not the least, we are extremely grateful to our parents for their love,

prayers, caring and sacrifices for educating and preparing us for our future.
