Aim of the team - Our aim is to enhance young adults knowledge of the airport
operating system and to educate them on the products and services offered by the
aviation sector that cannot be gained in a classroom setting
Objectives of the team - Inform participants of the impact and influence of airports
on the Mauritius economy
- Present to participants the type of customer service offered by the airport
-Allow participants to interact with airport staff to gain insight into their roles in
different departments
2.1.3. Potential Customers
Grade 12 students and educators are our principals. We chose grade 12 students as
clients because it gives them a new experience that can help them in their future. This
will allow Year 12 students to gain experience which will help them organize their
event in the future. We know that our participants are adults and more mature, so it
will be easier to interact with them.
