LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
of
Radangel Oberio Salvador
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
I, Radangel Oberio Salvador, of legal age, married to Ivana Alawi Salvador,
residing at P-2, Dagohoy St., M’lang, North Cotabato, being of sound and disposing mind
and memory, and not acting under influence, violence, fraud or intimidation of whatever
kind, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament which I have caused to be written in
English, the language which is known to me. And I hereby declare that:
I. The following are my heirs and their addresses;
a) Ivana Alawi Salvador, P-2, Dagohoy St., M’lang, North
Cotabato
b) Radangel Roy Alawi Salvador, P-2, Dagohoy St., M’lang,
North Cotabato,
c) Ivana Rae Alawi Salvador, P-2, Dagohoy St., M’lang,
North Cotabato.
II. I give and bequeath to my heirs Ivana, Radangel Roy, and Ivana Rae,
by designation, the following properties, real and personal, whatsoever
and wheresoever located:
II-A.
Name: Ivana Alawi Salvador

Address: P-2, Dagohoy St., M’lang, North Cotabato
Property:
i) One hundred (100) hectares ranch located in
Tulunan, North Cotabato including the livestock and all
necessary property to run the said ranch including the
farmhouse and all its furniture and fixtures.
ii) Fifty (50) hectares meat processing plant located
in M’lang, North Cotabato including all the necessary property
to run the said plant.

Relationship: Son
Address: P-2, Dagohoy St., M’lang, North Cotabato
Property:
i) 10,000 preferred shares invested in Jollibee Group
of Companies. Any dividends he will be receiving are intended
for his education alone. He will be assisted by all means
necessary by the named Executor of this Will.

ii) The said ownership of the abovementioned preferred
shares will be transferred to my son if he earned, at least, one (1)
college degree and one (1) post-graduate degree.

Relationship: Daughter
Address: P-2, Dagohoy St., M’lang, North Cotabato
Property:
i) If my daughter reaches her legal age and already
earned her college degree and post-graduate degree, the ownership and
control of AS Cosmetics will be transferred to her.
III. I designate Atty. Ervin Pacete Bansot is the sole executor of this last
will.
III-A. I hereby give and grant the Executor all the powers and authority
as are required or allowed in law, and especially that of assumption.
III-B. I hereby direct that my Executor shall not be required to furnish
security and shall serve without any bond.
III-C. Pending the distribution of my estate my Executor shall have
authority to carry on any business, venture, or partnership in which I
may have any interest at the time of my death.
III-D. My Executor shall have full and absolute power in his discretion
to insure, repair, improve, or sell all or any assets of my estate, whether
by public auction or private sale, and shall be entitled to let any
property in my estate on such terms and conditions as will be in the
best interest of my beneficiaries.
III-E. My Executor shall have the authority to borrow money for any
purpose connected with the liquidation and administration of my estate
and to that end may encumber any of the assets of my estate.
III-F. My Executor shall have the authority to engage the services of
attorneys, accountants, and other advisors as he may deem necessary to
assist with the execution of this last will and to pay reasonable
compensation for their services from my estate.
IV. Special Requests
1) I direct that on my death my remains shall be cremated and all
cremation expenses shall be paid out of my estate.
2) My remains will stay beside my beloved “Nanay” here in our family
residence, P-2, Dagohoy St., M’lang, North Cotabato.

3) I direct my heirs that all the blessings and necessary rituals should
strictly follow the Roman Catholic rite intended for the dead.
V. General Requests
1) Words signifying one gender shall include the others and words
signifying the singular shall include the plural and vice versa where
appropriate.
2) Should any provision of this will be judged by an appropriate court
of law as invalid it shall not affect any of the remaining provisions
whatsoever.

ATTESTATION CLAUSE
WE, the undersigned witnesses, whose residences are stated opposite our respective
names, do hereby certify that: the testator Radangel Oberio Salvador has published unto us
the foregoing will consisting of four (4) pages numbered correlatively in letters on the upper
part of each page, as his/her last will and testament and has signed the same and every page
thereof, on the left margin, in our joint presence and we, in turn, at his/her request have
witnessed and signed the same and every page thereof, on the left margin, in the presence of
the testator and in the presence of each other.

JOINT ACKNOWLEDGMENT
BEFORE ME, Notary Public for and in the Municipality of M’lang, this 3rd of April

Identification Card issued by Philippine Statistics Authority on June 10,
2023;
Tyronne Josef Escuadra Nunez, with Valid Identification Document
National Identification Card issued by Philippine Statistics Authority on
January 9, 2023;
Irish Dequito Dagmil, with Valid Identification Document National
Identification Card issued by Philippine Statistics Authority on January
10, 2023;

11, 2023;
all known to me to be the same persons who signed the foregoing Will, the first as testator
and the last three as instrumental witnesses, and they respectively acknowledged to me that
they signed the same as their own free act and deed.
This Will consists of four (4) pages, including the page in which this
acknowledgment is written, and has been signed on the left margin of each and every page
thereof by the testator and his witnesses and has been sealed with my Notarial seal.
