and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team.

Job Summary:
The Presales Associate will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our market
presence.

Key Responsibilities:

 Calling on data and generate leads for sales team


● Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, and other
outreach efforts.
● Identify and research potential clients, and market segments to generate new business
opportunities.
● Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted strategies and
campaigns to drive lead generation and conversion.
● Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable outcomes for both parties.
● Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and progress
towards targets to management.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.


● Proven experience in business development relatively in Real-estate or edtech
background.
● Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of achieving
targets and driving revenue growth.
● Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and
establish trust with clients and colleagues.
● Proficiency in CRM software.
