Dear Parents and Carers,

Please find enclosed your child’s Year 10 Yearly Report. This report reflects your son/daughter’s academic progress as well as their involvement in areas of College
life over the second half of the year. It will enable you and your child to consider strategies that will help support his or her learning as they progress into the
future. Please pay particular attention to the grade descriptors, which have been included in the report. By matching your child’s grade to its description, you will
see more clearly what your child can currently do, and what they should set as goals for their improvement.

Within this report, teachers have provided advice for how your child can maintain or further develop their learning growth. Please read through and discuss these
comments with your child to ensure that they understand what plans they can put in place to further their academic development as they progress into their senior
schooling and/or beyond. Please read through and discuss these comments with your child to ensure that they understand what plans they can put in place to
further their academic development as they progress next year. You will also see your child’s reflection, this is a self assessment on how they felt they worked
towards and achieved their goals that they had set in Semester One. This has been a great opportunity for Year 10 to take responsibility and ownership of their
learning throughout the year.

Being the first full school year since COVID‐19 impacted school life, students have shown resilience and adaptability all year and for this I am incredibly proud.
Students should be encouraged to speak to their Pastoral Care Teacher about how their own interests and skills could be extended through the activities that the
