Each year we case show our selection of exotic plants and flowers at our Annual Flower Show. This year
is no exception with over 500 different species to delight our customers, it promises to be one of the
largest flower shows created by Blooms Plant World. It will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2016, from

stipends to students who are customers of children of customers at the secondary and Tertiary levels of

Perseverance Recreational Club
Report of Executive
The Executive of Perseverance Recreational Club hereby presents its Annual Report along with the
audited account of the Club for the year ended 31 December, 2016.
Activities
The Club is a non-profit-making organization founded to organize sporting activities for the unlift
of its members. During the year there were monthly card games’ among members at club house. Six
games of cricket were played – two at the Perseverance cricket ground & other four at other districts.

KINGSTON,JAMAICA
1. Parties: This is made on November 23,2016 between JOSEPH FRAISER of 14 Laden
Way,Kingston, hereinafter called the Landlord and KRISTEN LATIBEAUDIERE of 12
Grange Hill, St Andrew, hereinafter called the Tenant.
2. Properties: Landlord hereby lets the 10 000 square feet commercial property known as 142
and 143 West Trade Way, Best Variety Mall, Kingston 10, to Tenant for terms of this
Agreement.
3. Term: The term of this Agreement shall be for one year beginning on November 23, 2016
and ending on November 23, 2017.
4. Rent: The total rent said for property shall be THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY
THOUSAND DOLLARS (360,000), to be paid by the Tenant monthly in amounts of
THIRTY THOUSAND DOLLARS (30,00) due and payableon the first day of each month.
5. Security Deposit: Tenant shall deposit with the Landlord SIXTY THOSAND DOLLARS
(60,000) to be held as security deposit. This deposit will be returned in full when the lease
expires if, after inspection by the landlord, the premises are in good condition (normal wear
and tear expected) tenants owes no back rent.
6. Subleasing: Tenant shall not leased or subleased nor assigned the premises without a written
consent of the Landlord (but consent of the Landlord shall not be unreasonably withheld).
7. Access to Premises: Landlord may enter premises at reasonable times for the purpose of
inspection, maintenance or repair, and to show the premises to buyers or prospective tenants.
8. Notice of Access: In all instances, except for emergency or abandonment, the Landlord shall
give 24hour notice prior to such an entry.
9. Maintenance of Premises: Tenant agrees to occupy the premises and shall keep in good
condition, reasonable wear and tear excepted, and shall not make any alterations without the
written consent of Landlord.
10. Use of Premises: Tenants agree to not usethe premises in such a manner as to disturb the
peace, quiet, security and safety of the other tenants in the building and the immediate
neighbors. Tenant further agrees not to maintain public nuisance ad to conduct strictly legal
activities on the premises.
11. Termination: Tenant shall, upon termination of this Agreement,vacate and return the
premises in the same condition that it was received, less reasonable wear and tear, and other
damaged beyond the control of the Tenants.
12. Renewal: This Lease will automatically renew for a period of TWELEVE months if neither
party ends the Lease at the end of original term or the end of any renewal term and if
Landlord does not send a renewal notice.

Employment Contract
This employment contract is hereby entered into between VOGUE DEFINITIONS of Lot 666, Fort
Totten
Drive,Block 2b, Garveymeade, St. Catherine, hereinafter called “the Employer” and SADE GOLDING
of
42 Hayling Court, Portsmouth,St Catherine, hereinafter called “the Employee”, with effect from
Thursday, 1st day of September, 2014.
WHEREAS the Employer desires to obtain the benefit of the services of the Employee desires to rende
such services on the terms and conditions set forth,the parties as follows:
Job Title: Nail Technician
Job Description: The Employee is hired to render the services of a nail technician on behalf of the
company. This includes performing manicures and pedicures, including nail
art, application of artificial nails, nail repair and other specialised hand and foot
treatments.
Level of Risk: The Employee will be required to use a variety of instruments including but not
limited to: pedicures bath basin, electronic nail file and nail kit.
Work Address: Lot 666, Fort Totten Drive, Block 2b Garveymeade, St Catherine.
Remuneration: The Employer agrees to pay the Employee on a comission basis per fortnight.
The employee will receive a basic wage of $3000 per week along with a
commission of 60% of each work done.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday-- 9:00a.m. to 5p.m. with on hour paid lunch break from 12
noon to 1:00p.m. The employee is not required to work weekends and public
holidays.
Vacation Leave: Upon completion of three months’ probation period, the Employee is entitled to
ten (10) working paid vacation leave per year, to be increased in increments of
two days per year worked to a maximum of twenty (20) working days per year.
Sick Leave: If the Employee is ill and unable to attend work, the Employee should inform the
Employer as soon as possible to enable other arrangements to be made. The
Employee is allotted a maximum of ten (10) days’ paid sick leave per year.
Pension/Insurance: The Employee has the option to participate in the subsided group health
insurance and pension plan offered by Jamlife Insurance Company Limited.
Grievance/Discipline: Please peruse the attached document of the Employee Grievance and
Disciplinary Standards.
Termination Notice: This contract may be terminated by either party with seven days’ notice in
writing. Notwithstanding this, the Employer reserves the right to immediately
terminate employment in the case of gross misconduct as outline in the
attached Employee Grievance and Disciplinary Standards.
Redundancy: Employment may be with five (5) days’ pay if the position becomes
redundant.
