MAIN DEVICE
Dealer Mechanics (via FRONT MARGIN):
1. Samsung shall provide credit card subsidy front margin computation on identified models by the company
subject to the following conditions:
Customer should provide Credit Card details through its preferred option:
a. via Automated Credit Card Portal, with following conditions:
 Customer can avail the subsidy upon enrolment and acceptance into the Credit Card subsidy
program
 Customer shall appoint a PIC (Person in Charge) who will upload data to Samsung system on a
daily basis, by 11:59PM, to reflect credit card sell-out sales on that day.
 Credit card availment Sell-out information must include MCS Store name and codes, Invoice
No., Model Code, IMEI and date of sales.
b. via POS Generated Credit Card Data with following conditions:
 Customer can avail the subsidy upon enrolment and acceptance into the Credit Card subsidy
program
 Customer to provide Samsung POS Generated Credit Card availment data Samsung to qualify
whether data presented by the Customer can be used to supplement for the subsidy
requirement
2. Dealer to send PO to Samsung.
3. Dealers shoulder their bank rates’ differences to support 0% credit card subsidy.
4. Dealers to provide CC terminal numbers to Channel Managers before the promotion. These should match the
rebate documents.
5. After validation, if the initial Samsung subsidy amount is lower than the actual Credit Card availment, the
difference will be reimbursed to the customer. If the initial Samsung subsidy amount is higher than the actual
Credit Card availment, the balance will be deducted on the next quarter CC subsidy FM rate computation.
