Subject- Initiation of departmental proceedings for misconduct against Harpreet Singh
S/o Inder Singh for recovery of Rs. 25 Lakhs.
Sir,
Instructed by Smt. Shahida Kouser W/o Mohd Yousaf
and Others, hereinafter referred to as my client, I am to serve
upon you the following legal notice:-
1. Whereas on behalf of my client, I state and submit that your employee namely
Harpreet Singh working as sale man in food store Madana Surankote executed a
promise of selling land measuring 15 kanals to namely
1. Shahida Kouser W/O Mohd Yousaf
2. Nizam Ud Din S/O Fateh Mohd
3. Saddam Hussain S/O Fateh Mohd
4. Shamshad Akhter W/O Mohd Khurshid
5. Nahida Akhter W/O Altaf Ahmed received Rs 5 Lakhs from each person, total
25 Lakhs as part payment for selling land measuring 15 Marlas of Khasra No. 597
Situated at Village Banvat Tehsill Haveli District Poonch.
2. That after receipt of the said amount an agreement to sell was executed on 12-03-
2019 before notary public Poonch.
3. Whereas after the registration of the said agreement and after receipt an amount
of Rs 25 Lakhs said Harpreet Singh took us on spot and show us the land of some
other person convince with his mother and brother, misrepresenting facts with a
view to obtain amount and committing fraud with us .
4. That Shri Harpreet Singh prepared a plan with his mother and brother to
fraudulently make us believe that he is the owner of this land thereby dishonestly
induces us to deliver an amount of Rs 25 Lakhs as the consideration of the land.
5. That Shri Harpreet Singh along with his mother and brother are cheating us
dishonestly into delivering him the amount of Rs 25 Lakhs and executed the sale
deed. He did not delivered us the possession of land under Khasra No. 597 as
promised at the time of execution of agreement to sell them.
6. That being a Govt Servant in a Div Com office state govt as he has failed to
maintain absolute honesty in his conduct towards us.
7. We therefore request you to initiate departmental proceedings against Shri
Harpreet Singh immediately and record his amount and refund to the applicants
with interest. Evidence shall be produced during enquiry. We reserve our right to
approach crime branch for initiating criminal action.
A copy of this notice is retained in my office chamber for reference and record.
