KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This is to certify that in a Special Meeting of the Board of Directors of


the BETHEL COMMUNITY CHURCH, INC. (hereinafter, the “Corporation”) held on
November 19, 2023 at Aurora Ext., Digos City, Davao del Sur, wherein majority of the
directors were personally present, the following Board Resolution was unanimously
approved:

“RESOLVE, AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED, that the Board of Directors hereby


authorizes the Church Lead Pastor REV. OSCAR C. TULANG, JR. to sign the
Waiver, Barangay Certification and other pertinent documents related to
the purchase of certain unregistered real property located in Purok-2 Pag-
asa, Kapatagan, Digos City, Davao del Sur and covered by Tax Declaration
Number 22-0011-08527, upon such terms and conditions and under such
covenants that shall deem fit and proper, and to execute any and all papers
relating thereto and to sign, execute, acknowledge and deliver any and all
agreements or other writings therefore, or in any way connected therewith
or with the said property.”

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto said attorneys-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act requisite, necessary and proper to carry
into effect the foregoing authority as fully as to intents and purposes as the corporation
could.”
