KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE is made and entered by and b between:

MA. CORAZON FLORES ACEDERA, of legal age,Filipino, married and residing at Blk 57 Lot 21 P2 Sonalan St.
Upper Bicutan Taguig City.

ESTELLA FLORES ROADILLA, of legal age,Filipino, married and residing at San Francisco St. Calahan, Cardona
Rizal

DULCENIA FLORES MALAKI, of legal age,Filipino, married and residing at bLK 47 Lot 5 Pinagsama Village
Western Bicutan Taguig City.

WITNESSETS;
That the above named parties are the surviving heirs of spouse EUTIQUIO BARCENAS FLORES died on
October 6, 1996 at Makati City and FLORESITA ALACAPA FLORES died on December 25,2012 at Taguig City.

“ A portion of Land situated in Barangay Upper Bicutan Taguig City containing Lot Area of 27
sq.meter declared under TAX DECLARATION No. B-003-06828 was purchased by FLORESITA ALACAPA FLORES.

That the above describe property was first registered in the City of Taguig under TAX DECLARATION No.
B-003-06828 in the name of ZENAIDA AQUINO with Lot area of 95 sq.meter more or less.

That, however said Lot is designated as Lot 21 with an area of 95 sq.meter per available records of the
Bureau of Land, Dliman Quezon City;

That the best knowledge and information of the parties,the deceased left no will and no debts.

The pursuant to the pertinent provisions of Rule 74 of the Rule of Court, the heirs, being of legal age and
civil capacity to contract, do hereby these presents, agreed to WAIVE THEIR RIGHTS to MA. CORAZON FLORES
ACEDERA.

In witness whereof, the parties have hereunto signed this EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF ESTATE this
May 22, 2024 at Taguig City.
