What is IELTS speaking?
Let’s start with the first set of slides

4
Speaking is a very important part of the IELTS (International English Language
Test System) exam. It is one of the four modules of IELTS. This module tests your
ability to have a conversation with a native English speaker. This is like a one-on-
one interview where the examiner will ask you questions about yourself or related
to some general topics.

You have to answer those questions in the English language. It does not matter
whether you are speaking the truth or not; you only need to be grammatically
accurate. It is also important that you keep yourself updated with the knowledge
of the latest IELTS speaking cue cards. This will help you to prepare them well, so
you do not have to face any problem during exams.
