I am a confident and reliable person, I am always hard working and get the job done to
the best of my ability. I take pride in the work that I complete, also I love working in a team and
socialising with new people. However, I can also be very independent. Currently I am studying at

Customer Assistant – The Grand Pier (05-2018)-(12-2018)


My responsibilities included serving customers in a pleasant and courteous manner. Undertaking the
preparation of the food and beverages served in the cafe. Maintain workstation and other areas to a
hygienic standard. Operating the till and balancing it on a daily basis. Keeping the counter and
storage areas clear, well-organised and easy to use. Promoting and practising relevant health and
safety, food hygiene and fire safety

Glass Collector - The Seagull Inn (04-2019)-(11-2019)


My main responsibility in this role was to ensure the bars were kept fully stocked with clean glasses
and drinks to ensure speedy and high-quality service to our customers. During my time in this role, I
was able to learn the importance of an efficient service to keep the customer happy. I learned the skills
needed to interact with the public in pressurised environment where alcohol often made customers
reactions unpredictable. I also learned the value of a team work in manning a busy bar, however I
have also developed the ability to work independently and use my initiative to keep the bar running
smoothly, for example being aware of stock levels and updating without waiting to be asked.

Bar Tender – Tavern Inn the Town (07-2021)-(02-2022)


My responsibilities included setting up the bar before the start of the shift, greeting customers
and providing a high level of customer service to ensure their experience is positive, keeping
the bar area clean and well presented, ensuring the bar stock levels are replenished as
necessary, and cleaning and replacing glassware. I am also the main point of contact for
customer queries and am experienced in managing difficult customers in an often-frenetic
pressurised environment.

Winter Gardens - Events Staff (03/2022) – Currently working.

My responsibilities included setting up for upcoming events. Ensuring that the event venue is
clean and always organised. Addressing any customer queries and complaints. Following
protocol and instructions of event management. Welcoming quests as well as directing to
necessary services and features, and leading quests on tours of the location. Cleaning up after
the event finished. I have been responsible for working as a team member, as well as solo, to
ensure that events run smoothly. Preparing reception area for quest before their arrival.
Circulate the room with trays of appetisers and beverages. Working on Bar as well as doing
food service.
