A candidate has to fulfil the following basic conditions to be Eligible to apply for SARTHI’s above Sponsorship: -

The applicant must belong to Maratha / Kunbi / Maratha-Kunbi / Kunbi-Maratha community. The candidate will be entitled
for free online coaching classes only if he / she will submit the Caste Certificate issued by the Competent authority.
 In case the student doesn’t have caste Certificate, he/she can submit School Leaving Certificate/EWS.

  If the student doesn’t have either Caste Certificate/School Leaving Certificate/EWS, he/she has to upload
Undertaking (available on SARTHI Notice board) that he/she will submit either the Caste Certificate OR School
Leaving Certificate or EWS to SARTHI, Pune during Document Verification, if selected through CET.
 The candidate will be eligible for free coaching class only if he / she will submit the Caste Certificate OR Leaving
Certificateor EWS issued by the Competent authority. Therefore, those who do not have Caste Certificate OR
Leaving Certificate or EWS issued by the Competent authority, must apply immediately.

The applicant must be a Domicile of Maharashtra. (Certificate issued by the Competent authority is MUST).

The applicant must fulfill all the necessary AGE CRITERIA & EDUCATIONAL ELIGIBILITY as required for the
examinationthat he/she is applying for coaching AS GIVEN BELOW:

4. The Applicant MUST be from a Non-Creamy Layer Category (Total Family Income for the current financial year (2022-2023)
from all sources, should not exceed Rs.8 lakhs per annum.

 In case if candidate doesn’t have Non-Creamy Layer Certificate, theapplicant can submit Income Certificate.
 If the candidate has neither Non-Creamy Layer Certificate nor Income Certificate, he/she has to upload
Undertaking (available on SARTHI Notice board) that he/she will submit either the Non-Creamy Layer
CertificateorIncome Certificateto SARTHI, Pune during Document Verification, if selected through CET.
 The candidate will be eligible for free coaching class only if he / she will submit the Non-Creamy Layer Certificate
orIncome Certificate issued by the Competent authority. Therefore, those who do not have Non-Creamy Layer
Certificate orIncome Certificate issued by the Competent authority, must apply immediately.

 7. Application submitted through On-Line does not imply that candidate is ELIGIBLE or has fulfilled all the criteria. The
Application is subject to scrutiny. The same will be rejected if the applicant is found to be ineligible at any point of time.
Candidates will have to appear for candidates merit list will be announced based on marks

 be announced. Guidelines and details of (date and location, online/offline, e-admit card etc) will be announced shortly

after the last date of Online Application Form submission. Also in case of any changes or new announcements, all instructions
will be displayed on SARTHI, Pune official website ONLY.

Names of Candidates eligible for MPSC (STATE SERVICES) Sponsorship program 2023 through CET
merit list and document verification, age and educational eligibility verification will be announced on SARTHI, Pune
website accordingly.

(The application can be rejected, at any stage of the selection process, if any of the information submitted by applicant in
online application is found to be false /incorrect. Also his/her candidature will be Cancelled / Terminated at any stage of
the Selection/ Post Selection/ online coaching period, in case the submitted information is found to be false also all
amount spent by SARTHI, Pune on the candidate will be recovered by SARTHI, Pune)

11. MPSC STATE SERVICES Sponsorship program 2023

The Coaching sponsored by SARTHI, Pune is for MPSC (STATE SERVICES) Sponsorship program 2023.
Coaching fee of this sponsorship program will be directly paid by SARTHI, Pune to the empanelled coaching
institutes. Candidates registered and declared eligible for MPSC (STATE SERVICES) Sponsorship program
2023 will be sponsored for only coaching and other benefits as approved by SARTHI, Pune ; the beneficiaries will
not be entitled for any other monetary benefits from SARTHI, Pune also such demands or requests will not be
entertained. Last date to fill Online form is 31/03/2022. Only Online filled forms will be accepted.

12. More information regarding CET centers and exam, Coaching Centers, online/offline mode, nature of assistance will
be displayed on SARTHI website after the last date of application.

Before Submitting On-line Application, the Applicant should go through the Instructions carefully before they Start
Filling Application Online.
