TO SEE RESULTS?
The main thing to ask yourself before taking
supplements:
Are your nutrition, sleep, and training already on
point before taking supplements?
If your diet is poor, you are lacking in sleep and you are
getting little to no movement, then supplements will
not do much for you.
There are a few supplements I highly rate and a few
that are a complete waste of money so let's go
through them.
PROTEIN POWDER
Protein Explanation
This is the regular protein and the one I take. If you have no
digestive issues and no intolerances then this is the protein I
Whey Protein
would recommend. Most brands have a huge flavour range to
choose from!
If you suffer from digestive issues you may want to get a
Whey Isolate
Whey Isolate which has less lactose content.
Vegan Protein If you are vegan you will then get a vegan protein powder.
Many brands are now creating this as it becomes very
popular. If you’re like me you may not like to drink regular
protein shakes (I don't think they taste great so I prefer to use
Clear Whey
them in my oats or pancakes).
Clear whey tastes like a juice making it much easier to
consume throughout the day as a juice.

They are the 4 supplements I recommend to
everyone but it is so important to understand that
everyone is DIFFERENT!
I recommend getting your blood tested to see if you
need other supplements before wasting your money
on vitamins you may not need or benefit from!
There are a few supplements I don't recommend and
can be a huge waste of money so let's run through
some:
