RISK MANAGEMENT
PLAN
RISK ASSESSMENT
Risk #1: The development of the system will most likely be slowed
considerable by the chance of loss of records of the student’s data,
may have hardware and software failure such as power loss or data
corruption for the student’s data, malicious software designed to
disrupt computer operation and viruses
Likelihood of Risk: High Probability of Risk
Potential impact on the project: The risk likely will increase the time to complete
programming tasks by 60%
Ways to address the risk: It is very important to protect the system to avoid hardware
and software failure by regularly updating ta software, install
anti-virus/malware software and keep up to date, be careful
with email attachments, don’t click on suspicious links, and
use firewall and use strong virus. Think before you click.
RISK ASSESSMENT
Risk #2: The Internet connectivity is still a huge problem in rural and
remote areas. In the case of a concurrent number of exams,
internet connectivity can be a huge challenge for the smooth
flow and execution of our system online entrance examination.
Potential impact on the project: The risk likely will increase the time to
complete programming tasks by 40%.
Ways to address the risk:
It is very important that we have the provide guidelines to ensure the
students that this risk will be possible happen when or while they are taking
the entrance examination. So, we have to ask or inform them to secure
their connection after they taking the exam so that they can prepare and
they can response and no more hassle.
RISK ASSESSMENT
Risk #3: The team may experience such as various issues in assigning task
due to lack of team members.
Potential impact on the project: The project will have the probability delay in
developing a system because we lack of team
members that can help as in creating a project
Ways to address the risk:
It is very important that always update the members and do your part and
avoid complaining on the task given to you. As a team, we should help
each other in order to finish the project on the given time to have better
result.

RISK MANAGEMENT
PLAN
RISK ASSESSMENT
Risk #4: The team most likely have a problem in the technology they are
using. Computer problems may happen because of lagging of
computers, not expected black screen, not enough storage and
maybe the computer have slow performance.
Potential impact on the project: The project will most like be slowed and delay in
developing system because of some computer issues
that is used for creating project.
Ways to address the risk:
Always check your computers before using and always update the
software. As a result, it can help the project produce good result and
submit on a given time.
