protocol. If not, manually select the BMS
protocol,If no protocol file is displayed in
the option box, import it by referring to the

Battery Test
Constant current test:
Function: In the constant current test state, the module output voltage is controlled at the "floating charge
voltage" (the default is 54.5V). By adjusting the current limiting point of the module, the battery discharge
current is kept near the "constant current test current" (default 0.2C10). If the load is less than the set value,
the discharge current is approximately equal to the load current. Constant current test is mainly used to test
battery performance. During a constant current test, if the bus voltage is less than or equal to the test stop
voltage, a test failure alarm is generated.

Rectifier Module Installation
Step1
Hold the handle on the front panel of the
rectifier, hold the module, and slowly push

Slowly push the rectifier until the front panel
of the rectifier is flush with the panel of the
power distribution subrack.
Step3
Fasten the screws on the front panel of the

Installation Inspection
Check hardware installation
• Check that all screws are tightened (especially those for electrical connections) and that flat washers and spring
washers are installed correctly;
• Check that the rectifier module is fully inserted into each slot and locked correctly.
Check electrical connections
• Check that all the air switch are in OFF status;
• Check that the flat washer and the spring washer are installed safely on all terminals and that all OT terminals are connected
together completely and correctly;
• Check whether the battery is installed correctly and the battery cables are connected correctly;
• Check that the input and output cables are correctly connected to the grounding cables.The power input meets the requirements

Fault Alarm Handling
