Meaning:
We meditate on that most adored Supreme Lord, the creator, whose
effulgence (divine light) illumines all realms (physical, mental and
spiritual). May this divine light illumine our intellect.

 Bhuvah: the atmosphere the Ether, subtle, Suvah: heaven, the region

Who resides In the Spiritual Heart Center as Omkara, On Whom
the Yogis Constantly Meditate,Who Grants All Desires and

represented by syllable "Om", the first syllable of the Sadakshara
mantra "Om-Na-Ma-Shi-Va-Ya".

On the tips of the fingers (looking at the Palm) Dwell Devi Lakshmi and
at the Middle of the palm Dwell Devi Sarasvati, at the Base of
the palm Dwell Sri Govinda; Therefore one should Look at
one's Hands in the Early Morning and contemplate on Them.

serve Sri Rama during His Incarnation),To that Messenger of Sri Rama, I take Refuge (by

MEANING:
This prayer is to Lord Vishnu who has incarnated whenever His devotees needed protection
from unrighteousness. O Lord! incarnated as a fish to protect and save the Vedas
(Matsyaavatar). Then as mighty tortoise, lifted the sinking earth on thy shoulders
(Kurmaavatar), appeared as a mighty boar and protected the world by supporting it upon your
tusks (Varahavatar), Incarnating as Narasimha, you killed the mighty demon Hiranyakashipu
(Narasimhaavatar). Then as a dwarf you have pushed Bali into Pataal (Vaamanaavatar). Born as
Parashurama, you destroyed the ego of the kshatriyas (Parashuraamavathar). Then in the form
of Lord Rama, you destroyed Ravana (Paulastya) (Ramaavatar). As Krishna, you held plough
against the wicked ones (Krishnavatar). Like the Ocean of Mercy, you appeared as Lord Buddha
(Buddhaavathar). As Kalki (Sai) you destroy the wicked ones. Oh Lord, I surrender to your Lotus
Feet (Sai avatar)

May our Study be Enlightening (taking us towards the true Essence underlying everything), and
not giving rise to Hostility (by constricting the understanding of the Essence in a particular
manifestation only),

Produced by my Ears and Eyes, Or Sins Committed by my Mind (i.e. Thoughts), While
Performing Actions which are Prescribed (i.e. duties prescribed by tradition or allotted duties in
one's station of life), As Well as All other Actions which are Not explicitly Prescribed (i.e. actions
done by self-judgement, by mere habit, without much thinking, unknowingly etc); Please
Forgive Them All, Victory, Victory to You, O Sri Mahadeva Shambho, I Surrender to You, You are

Baba's Vibhuti which is most sacred; Vibhuti whose miraculous powers

from ignorance, misery and death - that most sacred Vibhuti, I take as
Divine Gift (prasadam) from Baba and surrender myself to Him.
