Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding the unacceptable experience

I encountered during my recent visit to your restaurant.
To begin with, I was utterly dismayed by the lack of attentiveness from your staff.
Despite making a reservation, I was made to wait for an excessive amount of time
before being seated, with no explanation or apology provided.
Furthermore, throughout the duration of my meal, the service was shockingly subpar.
Our server seemed disinterested and inattentive, neglecting to check on our table or
address our concerns. This resulted in prolonged waiting times for simple requests,
ultimately detracting from the overall dining experience.
As if that weren't enough, the quality of the food served was far from satisfactory.
Despite ordering a dish that was explicitly described as fresh and flavourful, it arrived at
our table in a bland and undercooked state, completely failing to meet even the most
basic culinary expectations.
Regrettably, I must inform you that I have no intention of returning to your restaurant. It
is my sincere hope that you take this complaint seriously and take immediate steps to
rectify the issues at hand. Improving staff training, ensuring quality control in the
kitchen, and fostering a culture of attentiveness and customer satisfaction should be
your utmost priority.

Yours faithfully
Lvova Anastasiia
