Count 1:

The undersigned, being duly sworn upon his oath, says that between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2022
in Rush County, State of Indiana, Joseph Bell, while knowingly associated with an enterprise, to wit: Bell
Precision Rifles, LLC, did knowingly or intentionally conduct or otherwise participate in the activities of said
enterprise through a pattern of racketeering activity, to—wit: knowingly or intentionally exerting unauthorized
control over the property of the State of Indiana, to wit: US currency, with intent to deprive the State of
Indiana of any part of the value or use of said property, contrary to the form of the statutes in such cases made
and provided by LC. 35-45-6-2(3) and against the peace and dignity of the State of Indiana.

Count 2:

The undersigned, being duly sworn upon his oath, says that between January 1, 2020 and December 31, 2020
in Rush County, State of Indiana, Joseph Bell did knowingly or intentionally exert unauthorized control over
the property of State of Indiana, to-wit: US currency, with the intent to deprive State of Indiana of any part of
the use or value of the property, said property having a value of at least seven hundred fifty dollars and less
than the value of fifty thousand dollars, contrary to the form of the statutes in such cases made and provided
by I.C. 35-43 -4-2(a) and against the peace and dignity of the State of Indiana.

The undersigned, being duly sworn upon his oath, says that between January 1, 2021 and December 31, 2021
in Rush Coun , State of Indiana, Joseph Bell did knowingly or intentionally exert unauthorized control over
the property o State of Indiana, to-wit: US currency, with the intent to deprive State of Indiana of any part of
the use or value of the roperty, said property having a value of at least seven hundred fifty dollars and less
than the value of fifty ousand dollars, contrary to the form of the statutes in such cases made and provided
by I.C. 35—43 -4—2(a) and against the peace and dignity of the State of Indiana.
