Subject: Regarding Additional Work to Adwa South Side Second Phase

Dear Sirs/Madams,
Reference is made to your letter Ref No: AA/MPC/22/01/3226 Dated on June 22, 2023 concerning
additional work on the south side of Adwa referred as second phase redevelopment work. It is to
be recalled that on the referenced letter of the consultant, we are requested to submit detailed
technical and financial proposal for the work expected to be executed.

Hence, before we prepare our proposal the following points shall got response:

i. The concept rendering picture layout shall consider and provided the split level of the
building, and the concept shall be corrected and need confirmed on site.

ii. The detail structural analysis cannot be done before contract.

iii. To avoid connection issue detail adjacent to the Arada building the scope is advised to
consider accordingly.

iv. There located mini-traffic-station on this plaza. Min-traffic analysis and how to relocate
these mini-buses should not be included in scope of the contract. Beyond capacity of
the contractor.

Therefore we request your response to compile our technical and financial proposal.
