Classroom management
A teacher entered the students and found them in a complete mess, and he
did not like the situation, so he asked the students about this inconvenience. He
did not have to find a clear answer from them. The teacher completed his work in
explaining the lesson and writing the topics of the lesson, but he was surprised by
some of the voices coming from behind, so he asked the students again about this
event. A student answered him, so he told him about a problem that occurred
between him and his colleague. Lesson time has run out... and we see from the
previous scene that the teacher is unable to manage the class appropriately.. and
this scene indicates the importance of managing the class management skills
Classroom management concept:
As we can see from the past situation, it is important to know the basic of
managing the classroom appropriately
Experts know that the concept of classroom management is: It is a set of
activities that teachers seek to promote some positive behaviors among students
and works to eliminate and remove negative or unwanted behaviors.
This is the definition of classroom management, and any teacher should be aware
of it because it facilitates many tasks for him, including that he has a high position
among teachers and students, raises the level of confidence in the teacher, and
making him the main controller in the classroom.

Types of classroom management:
There are several ways to properly manage a class:
First: Welcome students at the door
This method increases students’ confidence in the teacher, which leads to mutual
respect between students and the teacher.
Second: a specific behavior determinant
This strategy is a useful way that encourages the student to improve himself and
to be a hard worker in his studies.
Third: be fair in applying the rules
Be easy in applying rules to students so they can move forward with you and
realize the curriculum of the book
Fourth: strong start to the school year.
Showing strength in front of the student gives them the impression that the
teacher should not be lenient with him and that he listens to his orders and
prohibitions firmly. This method makes it easier for the teacher to manage class
matters easily

The importance of class management and its benefits:
Managing the classroom correctly is very important for the teacher as well as for
the student. Obtaining these management skills makes the classroom calmer and
more disciplined, and this leads to the student learning appropriately and also the
teacher performing his work comfortably for him.
There are some benefits of class management, including:
1. Save the grading system.
2. Eliminate negative practices by students.
3. Increase mutual respect.
4. It allows the teacher to achieve the educational goals required of him,

Effective classroom management
is crucial for creating a positive and productive learning environment. It involves
establishing clear rules and expectations, building positive relationships with
students, and implementing consistent consequences for behavior. A well-
managed classroom allows teachers to focus on teaching and students to focus on
learning. Effective classroom management can also lead to improved academic
performance, increased student engagement, and higher levels of student
motivation and self-esteem. Teachers who prioritize classroom management can
create a safe and supportive learning environment where all students can thrive.
It takes time, effort, and patience, but investing in effective classroom
management is an investment in the future success of students.
