Complete driver list on our website. Please note that drivers for Industrial Printing are not listed here.
• NEW To improve our support, it is now also possible to enable verbose Windows crash dumps when
creating a support info file. There is a new option for this in the "Configure Diagnostics" dialog.
• BUGFIX In the web ticket system (under "Help" > "Web tickets") hyperlinks in the comment field did
not work.
• BUGFIX In version 23, the number of printer drivers in the recent file list was limited to 20. This
has been increased to 50.
Color Management:
• BUGFIX DeviceLink profiles were not shown in the list of MIMs in the dialogs "Import MIM combina-
tions" and "MIM Administration".
• BUGFIX If a MIM with a DeviceLink from version 21 was used in version 23, this resulted in an RPC
error.
• BUGFIX When calculating xCLR profiles with canonical channel order (gamut enhancing at channel
five and beyond) in version 23, the red channel did not work.
• BUGFIX In version 23, a defined channel color in n-color mode could not be synchronized correctly
in the "Color Correction" tab of the advanced settings, so that a visual assignment of the channels
was not possible.
• BUGFIX If a job had an output replacement, the preview for White was empty.
Cropping:
• BUGFIX When defining a completely new cropping area with the mouse, the changes were not visi-
ble until right clicking on the window.
Licensing:
• BUGFIX For software-based licenses, if the license had expired and therefore the program did not
start, the corresponding pop-up message did not clearly inform why the program could not be
started.
Preview:
• NEW In the media preview, the substrate color can now also be selected via a separate menu.
Special Colors:
• BUGFIX When a special color was set to the mode "Spot" in the "Print Mode" tab of the advanced
settings, its intensity was applied to other special colors that used the "Selective" mode.
User Interface:
• BUGFIX In the "Color Correction" dialog, the "Evaluation" tab was truncated in Windows 10.
• BUGFIX When the program was displayed in Simplified Chinese, it crashed when opening the dialog
"Cut Mark Settings".
• BUGFIX The Access Control Module was not available for software-based licenses.
• BUGFIX If in certain PDF files the option "Use blend color spaces from PDF" was active and a multi-
color color space was used at the same time, an APPE fault occurred.
3.4 Container
• BUGFIX Sorting settings for "Ordered Nesting" and "Trim Nesting" in a container were neither saved
by clicking on the "Save All Settings" nor the "Save Container Settings" button.
• NEW The MIM export is able now to export raster files in Screen workflow. In addition, it is now al-
so possible to import raster files by MIM import when the application is running with administrator
rights.
• BUGFIX If an automatic job backup was set for a job and this was then deactivated again, a backup
of the job still took place at the previously specified intervals.
Graphtec DLC1000:
• BUGFIX Segment marks were not recognized. In addition, the option to enter the segment lengths
manually was removed because the segment lengths are fixed.
HP Latex Cutter Series / HP Latex Plus / Summa (S/S2 Class, SummaSign, SummaCut):
• BUGFIX If the "Cutting" function was enabled and Summa barcodes were used, cropping and scaling
of a job reduced the width of the printable area.
This also resulted in incorrect container layouts.
• BUGFIX Sometimes incorrect values were sent to the device, which resulted in incorrect cutting.
• BUGFIX In version 23, the option "Width of external border" was missing in the Device Configura-
tion and the "Print Cut Job Id" option was in an incorrect place.
Valiani:
• BUGFIX The positions of the crop marks were correct in print, but not in cut data.
• NEW It is possible now to print white borders around synchronization marks and barcodes. To do
this, there is the new option "Print white around synchmarks" on the "Device Configuration" dialog.
• BUGFIX It was not possible to use small control wedges, only the large ones created for X-Rite
i1Pro3 Plus.
Now, Idealliance® 2009/2013 control wedges are also available for i1iO for i1Pro3.
• NEW It is now possible to export and import setting files via REST.
• NEW There is a new endpoint that allows to set profiling options without starting the calculation of
the profile.
• NEW The files endpoint now accepts base64 encoded strings as input. These are automatically de-
coded and then processed as any other input file.
• BUGFIX The option to remove the white or black background did not work.
• BUGFIX Notifications were not sent if a path was provided in the subscription.
• BUGFIX Requests with two different listeners did not work as expected, so callbacks were lost.
• BUGFIX Sending multiple notifications at once could sometimes result in missed notifications.
• BUGFIX Sorting settings for "Ordered Nesting" and "Trim Nesting" in a container were neither saved
by clicking on the "Save All Settings" nor the "Save Container Settings" button.
• BUGFIX Sometimes the media name was not displayed correctly in the Printer Status Monitor.
• BUGFIX The FeedEasy optimization for the output stage with HTM was turned off as this would
cause the printer firmware to lock up.
• BUGFIX Brightness for HTM modes was removed since it was included by mistake in prior versions.
• BUGFIX The separation curves for RIP-HT mode have been updated to provide expected results
when linearizing, profiling, etc.
• BUGFIX When trying to establish compatibility between a MIM and a printer driver during export of
the MIM, an error message appeared, even if both printers were almost identical.
Jingwei-SK:
• BUGFIX The suffix of the output switched randomly between .dxf and .plt.
• BUGFIX The JDF command cg:PrintWhiteOnly was displayed as an error in the job information.
• BUGFIX After printing a job, the corresponding icon (indicating that the job was printed) was not
displayed in the "Status" column of the job queue.
• BUGFIX In the cost report the usage data was not or not correctly displayed.
• BUGFIX For special color channels using color modes "Copy White1" or "Copy Varnish1", the channel
preview was blank. In addition, the channel preview menu didn't show channels that use these spe-
cial color modes.
To fix this issue, for existing jobs, MIMs and hotfolders using the special color modes "Copy White1"
or "Copy Varnish1", the advanced settings dialog must be opened and confirmed with OK. This will
cause the preview and the print data to be recreated.
