REDA NATIONAL CO., Established in 1987, with 26 years of experience in Road
Safety work, and foreseeing a substantial demand for products and services related
to the road safety industry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, initially concentrated
on the production of Thermoplastic Road Marking Materials (TRMM’S) specifically
for new road construction and maintenance projects initiated by and under the
auspices of the then Saudi Ministry of Communications. (MOC).
During the 1990’s as part of a planned diversification program to expand our
product range, Reda National Co. commenced the production of reflectorized
aluminum road studs conforming to the BS 873 Part 4 specifications and cationic
bitumen emulsions under ASTM D2397 specifically targeted at the preventive road
maintenance sector relating to the application of slurry seal and micro surfacing
systems.
Epoxy adhesive, Guard Rails, PMB Plant, Galvanization and Road Signs plant, have
been added to our company division which will cater to the bitumen, guardrail and
road signs requirements of roads and highways in Saudi Arabia.
To ensure the quality conformance of our product range, stringent testing and monitoring
have been established. Reda National Co. operates under the current ISO 9001-2015
Quality Management System (QMS), ISO 14001-2015 Environmental Management
System (EMS) and ISO 45001-2018 Occupational Health & Safety under which, all records
relating to the inspection and testing of incoming raw materials, manufacturing
procedures and outgoing finished products are documented and are fully traceable for
inspection purposes if required by outside agencies.
Reda National Company’s “Quality Policy” is to provide product of outstanding quality consistent
with customer requirements and applicable codes/standards with the ultimate aim of achieving full
customer satisfaction. This has resulted in a continuous increase of orders with the export side of
our business now accounting for approximately 30% of our annual production.
Reda National Company’s contracting subsidiary El-Kamilin Trading & Contracting Company is the
largest Road Marking organization in the Middle East applying in excess of 2,500,000 m2 of
markings/annum. El-Kamilin also specializes in the installation of Guard Rail, Aluminum Reflective
Road Studs, Plastic Markers, Ceramic Buttons and Road Signs as well as other items of Road Furniture
such as Road side Delineators etc.
Our Technical services/ Quality Control Department is available at all time to answer any queries
relating to any item of our product range, or to source new or reconditioned application machinery
and spare parts as per customer requirements.
