Tamil Nadu-based Startups for FY 2023-24.

Expression of interest is hereby invited from firms/Startups/institutions to act
as Partners to offer products/services at subsidised rates to Tamil Nadu-based
Startups. Empanelment of Service Partners may be considered for one year or
beyond, subject to the necessity of the programme, satisfactory performance and
mutual agreement. The signed application, along with prescribed enclosures, has to
be uploaded to the StartupTN website (https://startuptn.in). Any queries regarding
EoI shall be mailed to helpdesk@startuptn.in. StartupTN reserves the right to modify,
amend or cancel the EoI without specifying any reason thereof.

Guidelines
1. StartupTN, in its endeavour to create an inclusive Startup ecosystem, is
collaborating with various partners to offer a range of products/services to
Startups in Tamil Nadu.
2. The scope of the partners is to provide the agreed-upon products/services at
subsidised charges to Startups, as detailed in Annexure 1. However, Startups have
the freedom to choose whether or not to engage with the service company.
3. StartupTN's role is solely that of a facilitator, and it will not be liable for any
payment dues between the service providers and the Startups.
4. StartupTN's primary function is to connect Startups with service partners and
support the overall Startup ecosystem.

Dear Sir/Madam,
In response to the Invitation for Expression of Interest (EoI) published on
21.07.2023 by StartupTN for empanelment of partners to offer products/services at
subsidised rates to Tamil Nadu-based Startups for FY 2023-24, we would like to
express interest to undertake the proposed task. The details are attached herewith
in the format given.
Declaration
I hereby declare that the information furnished is true and up to date. I understand
that notwithstanding anything contained in this EoI, StartupTN reserves the right to
accept or reject any proposal and to annul the empanelment process and reject all
proposals at any time without any liability or any obligation for such acceptance,
rejection or annulment, and without assigning any reasons thereof.
If it is found during the evaluation of proposals or at any time before signing of the
agreement or after its execution and during the period of subsistence thereof that
one or more of the pre-qualification conditions have not been met by the service
provider or that the service provider has made material misrepresentation or has
given any materially incorrect or false information, the service provider shall be
disqualified forthwith and the agreement, even if signed, shall be liable to be
terminated by a communication in writing by StartupTN to the service provider,
without StartupTN being liable in any manner whatsoever to the party.
