RULES REGARDING PROMOTION & WITHDRAWAL
1- Promotion in next class will depend on the aggregate marks obtained in each subject. 2- Astudent is not entitled for promotion to next class if he/she secures pass marks only in Annual Examination 3 Itis compulsory to secure pass marks in all papers, Minimum pass marks is 40% in each paper up to class VI! 4- Moral Science. GK.,Arts, Physical Education and Computer Science marks are not included in total marks. A. Excellent (above 90%) B. Good (90% to 80%) C. Satisfactory (80% to 70%) D. Fair (70% to 60%) E.Poor (60% to 40%) F. Fail (below 40%) 5- Ifastudent gets 'F" grade in grading subjects, he /she willnot be awarded rank in the class. 6 Position in class will be awarded to those students who pass in all subjects. 7- There will be no re-examination of any student in any case. 8- Medical certificates will not be accepted afler the examinations are over. Astudent can avail medical leave only once in either terminal examination. Any error in report card isS subject to correction. 10- Student found using unfair means will not be allowed to take the exam. Their admission will also be cancelled
11- The marking scheme, patten of papers is notto be chalenged.
12- At least one month notice should be given for the withdrawal ofa student or one month fees should be deposited in lieu of tha 13- Transfer Certificate willnot be issued during summer break. 14- If a parent withdraws one child from the school for any reason, the admission of his remaining ward shall be cancelled automatically.
