STUDENT ASSISTANT AGREEMENT
`I, ABIGAIL BALORO ERNANE, with a course of BSA Farming Systems ID number 202024551, Campus address of MSU
Campus, Marawi City, Lanao del Sur, fully understand that I must adhere to all policies of GYMSIDE: Finger-foods by
TATAS. The duration of this agreement shall be from February 18,2024 to May 18, 2024.
Furthermore, I fully agree to, and understand the following:
1. I will be on time for scheduled duty 7:30 am to 7:30 pm every Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
2. I will arrange and prepare all needed utensils for street foods.
3. I will help and assists my supervisor.
4. I will accept that I have my daily wages of 150.00 pesos only with a free breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack.
5. I will serve the customers at my best manner, especially with my co-workers.
6. I will submit my daily inventory report at my supervisor before the end of my duty.
7. I will notify my supervisor a day before if I will have my absent.
8. I FULLY understand that if this agreement is violated, I will have a disciplinary action and have a withdrawal in
the GYMSIDE: Finger-foods by TATAS
This agreement is between the student, parents/guardian and the supervisor of GYMSIDE: Finger-foods by TATAdS.

foods by TATAS. The duration of this agreement shall be from February 28,2024 to May 28, 2024.
Furthermore, I fully agree to, and understand the following:

2. I will arrange and prepare all needed utensils and ingredients in SIP (Milk teas)
3. I will help and assists my supervisor.
4. I will accept that I have my daily wages of 150.00 pesos only with a free breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack.
5. I will serve the customers at my best manner, especially with my co-workers.
6. I will submit my daily inventory report at my supervisor before the end of my duty.
7. I will notify my supervisor a day before if I will have my absent.
